Community Supported Agriculture is about a sector where innovative approaches are at home in a space of reinventing the relationship between producers and consumers through solidarity.

ASAT - Asociația pentru Susținerea Agriculturii Țărănești (Association for the Support of Peasant Agriculture) partnerships are local partnerships based on solidarity between urban consumer'actors and small-scale community farmers. Developed along the lines of the French AMAP model, ASAT partnerships are part of the wider Community Supported Agriculture family, involving a rethinking of the issue of providing healthy, local and affordable food. An important component of ASAT Partnerships is social targeting (targeting small farmers who have problems accessing the market or are economically marginalised).
